تطور نظام الحكم الروماني بمقاطعة نوميديا (27 ق.م- 284 م) -دراسة تحليلية-

Résumé: يطرح موضوع رصد مسار تطور نظام الحكم الروماني في مقاطعة نوميديا خلال العهد الإمبراطوري الأول ( 27 ق م- 284 م)، دراسة أهم الترتيبات التي سادت تنظيم الإقليم النوميدي أثناء فرض أنظمة الحكم الرومانية ، وتحديد الإطار القانوني الذي سيخضع له ،ولتوضيح ذلك اتبعنا منحى كرونولوجي بدءا بدمجها ضمن الكيان البروقنصلي، والذي أفضى تواجده ضمنه إلى رصده في شكل مرحلية تجسدت في ( توحيد ، امتداد ، ثم تقسيم )، الى غاية إستقلاليتها بصورة مطلقة ، كل مرحلة هي نتيجة لإجراءات واصلاحات كان المبتغى من ورائها تحقيق فعالية في التسيير من خلال بعث المقاطعة ضمن كيان مستقل، مع إبراز الكيفية التي أدارت من خلالها السلطة الرومانية الإقليم النوميدي خلال تلك الفترة، وبالتالي الكشف عن أهم التغيرات التي جعلت من تاريخ الإقليم تاريخ أنظمة متتالية. The topic of observing the course of development of the Roman system of government in the province of Numidia during the first imperial reign ( 27 BC - 284 A.D.), studying the most important arrangements that prevailed in the organization of the Numidian territory during the imposition of Roman systems of government, and to clarify this, we followed a chronological approach starting with its integration within the proconsular entity, and its presence within it led to its monitoring in the form of a phase embodied in ( unification, extension, and then Division), , each stage is the result of procedures and reforms that were intended to achieve efficiency in the management by resurrecting the province within an independent entity, highlighting how the Roman power administered the Numidian territory during that period, and thus revealing the most . important changes that made the history of the region a history of successive systems
