دور الإدارة المدرسية للحد من العنف في الوسط المدرسي

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة المدرسية للحد من ظاهرة العنف في الوسط المدرسي ببعض مدارس التعليم المتوسط، بولاية غليزان، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدام استبيان لجمع البيانات بعد التأكد من صلاحيته بالطرق السيكومترية، على عينة قدرت ب (60) عضوا من أعضاء الإدارة المدرسية الممثلة بـ ( المديرين، مستشاري التوجيه ،ومستشاري التربية ،مساعدي التربية ،مشرفين تربويين ،وأساتذة ). و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن: الإدارة المدرسية تساهم بشكل فعال في الحد من العنف المدرسي وذلك من خلال تطبيق مختلف استراتيجياتها (الالتزام بالقوانين والتعليمات، غرس القيم الدينية، التوعية و الوقاية، حل المشكلات) بدرجة كبيرة في مؤسستنا التربوية . Abstract : This study aimed to highlight the role of school administration in limiting the phenomenon of violence in the school environment in some middle schools in Relizane Province to achieve the aims of the study, a descriptive analytical approach was followed, And use a questionnaire to collect information after making sure of its validity by Psychometric methods on sample estimated. (60) School administration members, represented by (Directors, Guidance Counselors Education Adviser, Assistant of Educational, Educational Supervisors, Teachers). The study concluded that: - the school administration contributes effectively in limiting school violence by applying its various strategies(strategy, awareness and prevention, strategy laws and instructions, strategy to inculcation of religious values, problem-solving strategy) to a large extent in our educational institution.
