دور الفضاء العمومي الافتراضي في تشكيل اتجاهات الرأي العام الطلابي في الجزائر استفتاء تعديل الدستور 2020 أنموذجا

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الفضاء العمومي الافتراضي في الجزائر في تشكيل اتجاهات الرأي العام، منطلقة من الإشكالية الآتية: ما هو دور الفضاء العمومي الافتراضي في تشكيل اتجاهات الرأي العام لدى الطلبة الجزائريين نحو استفتاء تعديل الدستور2020؟ وللإجابة على هذه الإشكالية أجرت الباحثة دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الشباب الجامعي، قدر حجمها بـ121 مفردة، معتمدة على المنهج المسحي، مستخدمة أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات، لتتوصل إلى أهم النتائج الآتية: أغلبية المبحوثين تمكنوا من تشكيل رأي عام نحو الاستفتاء بعد مناقشاتهم عبر فضاءاتهم الالكترونية، وأبدوا موقفا إيجابيا نحو المشاركة الفعلية في هذا الاستفتاء. This study aims at investigating the role of the Algerian virtual public opinion of the topic framed in the following research question: What is the role of the virtual public sphere in shaping the Algerian students’ public opinion towards the election of the constitution amendment of 2020? In order to answer this, I, the researcher, have conducted a field study over a sample estimated to 121 university students, based on the survey method, using a questionnaire to collect data. The results were as such: The majority of respondents were able to form a public opinion towards the amendment when they discussed it; hence, they showed positive attitude towards voting.
