المكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية ومجتمع المعلومات: الواقع والآفاق في ظل تحديات تكنولوجيا المعلومات Algeria’s National Library And The Information Society: Reality And Perspectives Facing Information Technologies' Challenges

Résumé: إن أهمية المكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية في خدمة الثقافة والعلم تفرض مواكبة عصر المعلومات من خلال الاعتماد على تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات لتفعيل دورها كطرف يمكنه المساهمة في بناء مجتمع المعلومات من جهة وتسهيل أداء مهامها ومختلف وظائفها من جهة أخرى، كما ينبغي الاهتمام باقتناء مصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية وتقديم خدمات رقمية لمواكبة التطورات الحاصلة في مجال المعلومات وتكنولوجياتها. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي باستخدام أدوات كالملاحظة، وذلك من أجل التعرف على إمكانيات المكتبة وخصائص مجموعاتها وخدماتها لاستشراف مدى مساهمتها في مجتمع يسير نحو التحول إلى مجتمع معلومات. The importance of the Algerian National Library in the service of culture and science requires keeping pace with the information age by relying on ICTs to activate its role and facilitate the performance of its tasks. Attention should also be given to the acquisition of electronic information sources and the provision of digital services. The study relied on the descriptive approach using tools such as observation, in order to identify the capabilities of the library and the characteristics of its collections and services to explore the extent of its contribution to a society moving towards becoming an information society.
