التحول الديمقراطي في الجزائر: الواقع ورهانات المستقبل في ظل الأطر القانونية والدستورية '' دستور 1989''

Résumé: الملخص باللغة العربية: تسعى هذه الدراسة لتطرق لعملية التحول الديمقراطي بالجزائر في مضامينها المفاهيمية مع محاولة التعريج لمختلف التحديات التي واجهت تفعيلها على أرض الواقع، باعتبار أن الجزائر شهدت أحداث تاريخية كبيرة ولعل أبرز مايهمنا في هذه الدراسة هي أحداث أكتوبر 1988 التي تعتبر الانطلاقة الرسمية للبدأ بتجسيد معالم ومبادئ النظام الديمقراطي وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على عملية التحول الديمقراطي بالجزائر مع توضيح مختلف التحديات التي واجهت تطبيقه مع التطرق لجملة الرهانات المتوقعة وذلك كله في ظل دستور 1989 وماجاء به من نصوص قانونية تدعم الممارسة السياسية الدستورية في ظل نظام يتجه لتفيعل مبادئ الحكم الديمقراطي ليتم التوصل في الاخير لوضع جملة من التنبأت بشأن مستقبل التحول الديمقراطي بالجزائر. الملخص باللغة الإنجليزية the aim of this study is clarifying the democratic transformarion’s process in Algeria and its conceptual content, and trying to identify the different challenges that prevent its execution.as Algeria has witnessed big historical events specially October 1988’event which is considered as the official start of the incarnation of the democratic sistem’ features and principles. So, this study aims to highlighting the fact of democratic transformarion in Algeria and the different challenges that faced the actual application of this process under the 1989 constitution and its legal texts supporting the constitutional political practice under a regime that aims at giving effect to the principles of democratic policy, to be finally reached to a set of pros regarding the future of democratic change in Algeria
