البروفيل النفسو مرضي للأم الطفل التوحدي بين التقبل والتشخيص( دراسة عيادية على حالة أم طفل توحدي بجمعية النبراس.)
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة للكشف عن خصائص البروفيل النفسومرضي لدى أم الطفل التوحدي مابين التقبل والتشخيص، وهذا بالإعتماد على المنهج العيادي، بأدواته المتمثلة في كل من المقابلة النصف موجهة، ومقياس الضغط النفسي الذي يحوي بنودا لقياس المرونة النفسية لنوح رابي، ومقياس PTSD، وقد توصلنا من خلال الحالة المدروسة إلي أن خصائص البروفيل النفسومرضي لدى أم طفل التوحدي دعمت في بلوغها للحداد الباثلوجي المولد للصدمة وعدم التكيف مابعد مرحلة التشخيص. Abstract : This study aims to reveal the characteristics of the psychological and pathological profile of the mother of the autistic child between acceptance and diagnosis, and this is based on the clinical approach, with its tools represented in the half-guided interview, the psychological stress scale that contains items to measure the psychological resilience of Noah Rabi, and the PTSD scale. Through the case studied, we concluded that the characteristics of the psychological and pathological profile of the mother of a child with autism supported her attainment of traumatic pathological mourning and lack of adaptation after the diagnosis stage.
