البعد الزماني والمكاني وأثرهما في فهم السنة عند الصحابة

Résumé: ملخص: إن حسن فهم نصوص السنة النبوية أمر ضروري ليستقيم الفكر والعمل والمنهج، وأما سوء فهمها أو سوء تأويلها. فقد أوقع بعض المسلمين في الانحراف والابتعاد عن جادة الصواب، فظهرت الفرق الضالة والمبتدعة بما تمثله من خطر عظيم على المنهج النبوي، بسبب النظرة القاصرة للنصوص وحصرها في بعض المظاهر والشكليات، وعليه فمن واجب المسلمين أن يعرفوا كيف يحسنون فهم هذه السنة النبوية، وكيف يتعاملون معها فقها وسلوكا، أسوتهم وقدوتهم في ذلك الصحابة –رضوان الله عليهم-؛ الذين لم يقتصروا على الفهم الحرفي للحديث أو الفهم البسيط الذي يغفل الواقع، بل اعتمدوا على ضوابط علمية تعينهم على فهم النص النبوي، ومن بينها ضابط البعد الزماني والمكاني في إزالة الإشكال عن النص. ولذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة «البعد الزماني والمكاني وأثرهما في فهم السنة النبوية عند الصحابة -رضوان الله عليهم-» كمحاولة لبيان أثر البعدين في فهم السنة النبوية. ABSTRACT: The good understanding of the Sunnah is the important pillar for the straightness of the way of thinking, the work, and the behavior. On the other hand, its misunderstanding or its misinterpretation by some Muslims has created a distance and caused their deviation from reason, which consequently led to the emergence of heterodox and disoriented groups. These groups represent a real danger on the principles of the prophet since they have just a limited perception of texts based only on certain aspects and forms. Muslims should, therefore, improve their understanding of the Sunnah of the Prophet by respecting the Fiqh and the rules of behavior, and by following and imitating the Prophet’s companions who avoided the literal and simple interpretation of the Hadith. The companions adopted scientific norms to help them understanding correctly the Prophet’s texts, among which the norm of place and time dimension when raising ambiguity on a text. Our study is therefore entitled “Time and place dimensions and their effects on Sunnah understanding by the companions”.
