الترويج عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي * فنادق ولاية عين الدفلى نموذجا*

Résumé: .تهدف هذه الدارسة الى ابراز اهمية و دور ترويج الخدمات الفندقية في ترقية الوجهة السياحية لولاية عين الدفلى كما نبرز من خلال هذا العمل التحول الرقمي الذي تشهده الوظيفة التسويقية في مختلف الاوجه خاصة في فترة الكورونا و ما بعد الكورونا كوفيد 19، وهو ما نجم عنه تغيير في سلوكيات المستهلك الجزائري و خاصة السياحي ، الذي اصبح يستخدم الوسائط الاجتماعية كمصدر للمعلومة و للتفاعل ، وهذا باستخدام منهج وصفي و تحليل لمعطيات احصائية حول قطاع السياحة بولاية عين الدفلى و الامكانيات التي تتوفر عليها ، و خلصت الى ان مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي يمكن ان تشكل حلول ترويجية بالنسبة للمؤسسة و بذلك للولاية حتى تصبح قطبا سياحيا بامتياز بالنظر الى المتاحات التي تتوفر عليها. كلمات مفتاحية: تسويق، فندقة ، مواقع تواصل اجتماعي ، سياحة This study aims to highlight the importance and role of promoting hotel services in upgrading the tourist destination of Ain -Defla State .We also highlight through this work, the digital transformation of the marketing function in various aspects, especially in the coronavirus period and post-coronavirus COVID-19, which resulted in a change in the behaviour of Algerian consumers, especially the tourist, who has become using social media as a source of information and interaction, and this using a descriptive approach and an analysis of statistical data about the tourism sector in Ain -Defla and the possibilities offered; It concluded that social media sites can be a promotional solutions for the institution and thus for the state to become a tourist pole with distinction given the available resources.
