Résumé: تبحث هذه الدراسة في تأثير الاستثمار السياحي على القيمة المضافة للصناعة السياحية في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1995-2019)، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي. من خلال تحليل واقع السياحة والاستثمار السياحي في الجزائر تبين أن الجهود المبذولة والأغلفة المالية المخصصة للنهوض بقطاع السياحة لم تحقق التطلعات، حيث اتسمت المؤشرات بالضعف مقارنة بالمؤهلات والقدرات السياحية للبلاد. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك غير متماثلة بين الناتج المحلي الاجمالي السياحي الحقيقي كمتغير تابع، والاستثمار السياحي الحقيقي كمتغير تفسيري، وأظهرت نتائج تقدير نموذج الأجل الطويل وكذا نموذج الأجل القصير، وجود أثر موجب ومعنوي للاستثمار السياحي الحقيقي على الناتج المحلي السياحي الحقيقي خلال فترة الدراسة. This study examines the impact of tourism investment on the added value of the tourism industry in Algeria during (1995-2019), based on the descriptive and analytical approach. The efforts and the financial allocations for the advancement of tourism sector did not achieve the aspirations. There is an asymmetric cointegration relationship between real tourism GDP, and real tourism investment. The estimation results showed a positive and significant effect of real tourism investment on real tourism GDP.
