التأصيل الجينيالوجي لمفهومي الهوية والمواطنة

Résumé: لا ريب أن سؤال الهوية ومسألة المواطنة إشكالية الراهن الإنساني بامتياز، وبالإمكان تبرير هذه المركزية بأزمة الاغتراب واستشكال الهويات التي شملت العصر الراهن بما حفل به من حروب وما نتج عنها من أقليات ومشكلات عرقية ودينية أدَت إلى التباس مفهوم المواطنة، وعليه سنعالج في هذا البحث التأصيل الجينيالوجي للمواطنة والهوية انطلاقا من التحديد اللغوي والاصطلاحي للمفهومين، ثمً التتبع الكرنولوجي لنشأتهما في الفكر الفلسفي كمشروع ينجز في التاريخ بصورة تدريجية وعبر مراحل وتتدخل في إنجازه العديد من العوامل المختلفة، ولعَل التحليل التاريخي لمسار الهوية والمواطنة في هذا البحث ينتهي إلى القول بأن الهوية مطلب إنساني الكل ينشد تحقيقه بالموازاة مع تفعيل الحضور الإنساني داخل الدولة بتحقيق شروط المواطنة The question of identity and the issue of citizenship is currently the problem of humanity , because of the crisis of expatriation and the formation of identities that included the current era of wars and its resulting minorities and ethnic andreligious problems that led to the difficulty of the concept of citizenship. Therefore, we will address in this article the origin of the terms of identity and citizenship based on the linguistic and standard of the two concepts, their inception in philosophical thought as a historical project through stages, and the historical analysis of the path of identity is a human requirement that everyone wants to achieve while fulfilling the conditions of cizenship
