المنظمة العالمية للتجارة ودورها في عولمة الوعي البيئي

Résumé: رغم أن منظمة التجارة العالمية ليست بمنظمة مختصة بالبيئة إلا أن تزايد الاهتمام بالجوانب البيئية أصبحت تشكل تحديا للمجتمع الدولي ، الأمر الذي فرض عليها مواكبة هذا الاهتمام وذلك باستحداث آلية تعني بالجانب التجاري والبيئي ، وهذا تحقيقا للتوافق بين متطلبات تحرير التجارة والمحافظة على البيئة في إطار التنمية المستدامة ،لذلك يجب تعزيز فكرة التكامل بينهما على اعتبار أن تحقيق هدف حماية البيئة يؤدي إلى الحفاظ على الموارد الطبيعية التي تعتبر أساس النمو الاقتصادي ،كما انه يجب ان لا تمثل السياسات البيئية حاجزا في سبيل تحرير حركة التبادل التجاري الدولي باعتباره العصب الرئيسي لتنشيط حركة الاقتصاد العالمي. Although the World Trade Organization is not an environmental organization, increasing attention to environmental issues has become a challenge to the international community, which has been forced to keep up with this concern by developing a mechanism for commercial and environmental aspects. Therefore, the idea of complementarily should be promoted on the understanding that achieving the objective of protecting the environment leads to the preservation of the natural resources that are the basis of economic growth, and that environmental policies should not constitute a barrier to the liberalization of the international trade movement Considered as the main nerve to stimulate the global economy movement.
