الحماية الدستورية للوقف الإسلامي في الدستور المصري لعام 2012م

Résumé: إن الدستور المصرى الجديد لعام 2102م والذى أقره الشعب المصرى بأغلبية 46% ، والذى يعد بحق من أهم الدساتير العربية ل كونه جاء على أحدث النظريات فى القانون الدستورى، حيث تضمن فى ثناياه أخر من وصل إليه المجتمع الدولى من إعلانات ومعاهدات ومواثيق حقوق الإنسان التى تحمى الإنسان الفرد من الدولة وسلطتها، ويعلو من قيمة كرامة الإنسان ويحمى ويحافظ على حقه فى العيش بحرية وكرامة وعدالة اجتماعية، تعيدنا إلى عصور الحضارة الإسلامية الزاهرة. Abstract The new Egyptian constitution for 2012, which was approved by the Egyptian people by a majority of 64%, which is one of the most important Arab constitutions because it is based on the latest theories in the constitutional law. It included in other folds of the international community of human rights declarations, Of the state and its authority, and of the value of human dignity and protect and preserve the right to live in freedom, dignity and social justice, which brings us back to the era of the glorious Islamic civilization.
