دور التراث الثقافي في دعم وتنمية السياحة: دراسة حالة تركيا

Résumé: تعد السياحة الجسر الواصل بين الدول، فهي تلعب دورًا كبيرًا في تنمية العلاقات بين الشعوب وذلك عن طريق تبادل الثقافات بينها. وقد جاء هذا البحث بهدف تقصي دور التراث الثقافي في دعم وتنمية القطاع السياحي للدول، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وكذا منهج دراسة الحالة لدولة تركيا نظرًا لما تزخر به من مواقع طبيعية وتراثية عديدة ومتنوعة. وتوصل البحث إلى أنه بالإضافة إلى ضرورة امتلاك الدول لموروث ثقافي غني، تتطلب عملية تطوير وتنمية السياحة الثقافية وجود الإرادة السياسية ووضع القوانين والتشريعات المشجعة والمنظمة وتهيئة بيئة العمل المناسبة وتوفير الأمن السياحي وتأهيل المورد البشري، بالإضافة إلى نشر الوعي فيما يخص حفظ التراث الثقافي وتوظيفه بما يخدم الاقتصاد. وقد حققت دولة تركيا مداخيل جيدة من السياحة باعتمادها على توظيف تراثها المادي وغير المادي في ظل استراتيجيات سياحية محكمة. Tourism plays a major role in the development of relations between nations through the exchange of their cultures. This research aims at investigating the role of cultural heritage in supporting and developing the tourism sector. The descriptive analytical method was used as well as the case study method for the state of Turkey has been relied upon due to its various natural sites and rich heritage. The research concluded that in addition to the importance of possessing a rich cultural heritage, the process of developing tourism requires the presence of political will, organized laws, an appropriate work environment, the provision of tourism security and the rehabilitation of human resources, in addition to spreading awareness regarding the preservation of cultural heritage. Turkey has achieved good incomes from tourism by relying on the employment of its heritage.
