مساهمة السياحة الثقافية في تعزيز التنمية المحلية المستدامة دراسة حالة ولاية تبسة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على كل من السياحة الثقافية والتنمية المحلية المستدامة وإبراز العلاقة بينهما، وقد تم اخيار ولاية تبسة كنموذج لما تمتلكه من مقومات سياحية ثقافية هائلة، ومحاولة التعرف على مدى مساهمة السياحة الثقافية في تعزيز التنمية المحلية المستدامة على مستوى الولاية من خلال دراسة العرض والطلب السياحي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى محدودية مساهمة السياحة الثقافية في تعزيز التنمية المحلية المستدامة بولاية تبسة، والسبب يعود لمجموعة من العوامل أهمها: غياب خطة استراتيجية واضحة الأهداف، وكذا ضعف هياكل الايواء، وقلة الاستثمار السياحي، بالإضافة إلى غياب الترويج وحتى إن وجد فهو يعتمد على طرق تقليدية وبسيطة، وفي الأخير تم تقديم بعض الاقتراحات من أجل النهوض بقطاع السياحة الثقافية وجعله فاعلا ومحركا أساسيا للتنمية المحلية المستدامة بولاية تبسة. This study aimed to highlight both cultural tourism and sustainable local development, emphasizing the relationship between the two. Tebessa province was selected as a case study due to its rich cultural tourism resources. The study sought to determine the extent to which cultural tourism contributes to fostering sustainable local development at the provincial level by examining tourism supply and demand. The findings revealed that the contribution of cultural tourism to promoting sustainable local development in Tebessa province is limited. This is attributed to a number of factors, most notably the absence of a clear plan, inadequate accommodation infrastructure, a scarcity of tourism investment, and a lack of effective promotion. Even the existing promotional efforts rely on traditional and simple methods. Finally, the paper presents several recommendations aimed at developing the cultural tourism sector and making it a key driver of sustainable local development in Tebessa province.
