أثار عقد الوديعة المصرفية بين البنك و بين العميل المودع The Bank Deposit Contract Raised Between The Bank And The Deposited Customer

Résumé: تتكون العلاقة بين البنك وطالب فتح حساب الوديعة عن طريق إبرام عقد الوديعة المصرفية النقدية طبقا للشروط و الأحكام العامة المنصوص عليها قانونا، بحيث يتضمن هذا العقد كافة الشروط التي اتفق عليها العميل و البنك فيما يخص كيفية التعامل على هذا الحساب ، إذ لا يحق لأي منهما أن يخرج عن أحكام هذا العقد باعتباره شريعة المتعاقدين، وبمجرد انعقاده انعقادا صحيحا ينتج عن ذلك مجموعة من الآثار القانونية سواء للعميل المودع أو للبنك المودع لديه. The relationship between the bank and the applicant to open a deposit account is formed by concluding a cash bank deposit contract in accordance with the general terms and conditions stipulated by law, so that this contract includes all the conditions agreed upon by the customer and the bank regarding how to deal on this account, as neither of them is entitled to It deviates from the provisions of this contract as the law of the contractors.
