Evaluation Of The Quality Of The Formation According To The New National Reference For Internal Quality Assurance In Algerian Higher Education Institutionscomparative Study Between The Years 2017-2018 University Of Adrar

Résumé: This study aims to evaluate the quality of the formation at the University of Adrar according to reports issued by the internal quality assurance unit at the University of Adrar. This study is based on a comparative study between the 2017 self assessment and the 2018 evaluation through an applied study of the university of Adrar to identify the impact of applying the new national quality assurance of the quality of the formation at the university of Adrar, in recognition of the most important actors in the field of quality assurance of higher education in Algeria and based on the quality assurance standards contained in the new national reference to ensure the quality of internal Algerian higher education institutions, in the first two assessments since the inception of this reference first time in 2017, the study found that the evaluation was less than the average in the two years in addition to the faculty members ability to work on establishing the principles of quality culture, the results of the self-evaluation of 2018 indicated the need to activate the committees stipulated by the national quality assurance authority the strategy of the university of Adrar in the field of formation.
