تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وفق منظور التمويل الإسلامي-دراسة حالة مصرف السلام الجزائر-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إعطاء لمحة عامة عن دور التمويل الإسلامي في معالجة مشكلة تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة التي يمكن من خلالها الحصول على الموارد المالية لتمويل دورات الاستغلال والاستثمار، ودعم مشروعيتها وتوسيع انتشارها، وفي الجزائر على وجه الخصوص. فقد أصبح التمويل الإسلامي يحتل أهمية بالغة في مجال تنمية هذه المؤسسات، بما يتيحه من أدوات وصيغ تمويلية تتلاءم مع طبيعتها وخصوصيتها.وسعيا منا لإثراء الدراسة النظرية فقد تطرقنا إلى دراسة حالة مصرف السلام الجزائري باعتباره احد المصارف الإسلامية الناشطة في الاقتصاد الجزائري، وتبيان دوره في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة فهو يحفز على التمويل في جميع المجالات والقطاعات من خلال التنويع في مصادر وصيغ التمويل. وبالتالي فان تعظيم الاستفادة من صيغ التمويل الإسلامي في تنمية قطاع المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وتعزيز قدرتها التنافسية، يتطلب تبني إستراتيجية طويلة الأجل. This study aims to give an overview of the role of Islamic finance in addressing the problem of financing small and medium enterprises through which access to financial resources to finance the cycles of exploitation and investment, and to support its legitimacy and expand their reach, and in Algeria in particular. Islamic finance has become occupied very important in these development institutions, as provided by the tools and formulas for financing compatible with nature and _khasusitha.usaia us to enrich the theory of the study we dealt with the case of the Algerian Salam Bank study as one of the active Islamic banks in the Algerian economy, and demonstrate its role in financing small and medium enterprises, it stimulates funding in all areas and sectors through diversification of sources and funding formulas.
