Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلىإبراز أهم التجارب العالمية الرائدة في إقامة حاضنات الأعمال، حيث نركز من خلال هذه الدراسة على الإطار النظري للحاضنات لما لها من دور فعال في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، إضافة إلى إلقاء الضوء على ظاهرة حاضنات الأعمال في الجزائر من حيث دورها والمشاكل التي تتعرض لها تمهيدًالاقتراح الحلول لمساعدتهاعلى القياد بدورها في دعم المشاريع، والذي سيكون له أثر كبير على الاقتصاد الجزائري بشكل كبير.
