المعلّم ومكانته في المشروع التربوي لمحمد البشير الإبراهيمي

Résumé: ملخص: يعد المشروع التربوي الإبراهيمي من أهم المشاريع التربوية والإصلاحية التي كان لها أثرها الفعال في النهضة بالمجتمع الجزائري وتحريره، وقد حظي المعلمون بموقعهم الهام في ذلك، من خلال المكانة التي أولاها الإبراهيمي لهم، وذلك بالإعداد الجيد للمعلمين معرفيا وأخلاقيا، مع تحديد العديد من السّمات والشروط التي ينبغي أن يتحلى بها المعلم الكفء، كالوعي برسالتي التربية والتعليم، والتحلي بالقيم الأخلاقية الفاضلة السمحة والاستزادة المعرفية، إضافة إلى الإشارة إلى دورهم القيادي والتوجيهي للمتعلمين. Abstract: The Ibrahimi educational project is one of the most important educational and reform projects in the renaissance and liberation of Algerian society. Teachers have had an important position in it, through the status granted to them by Brahimi. By preparing teachers well, cognitively and morally, and defining a set of qualities and conditions that an efficient teacher should possess, such as awareness of the two messages of education and teaching, virtuous moral values and knowledge increase, In addition to indicating their leadership and guiding role for learners.
