أثر سياسة التحفيزات الجبائية في تعزيز الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الناشئة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر سياسة التحفيزات الجبائية في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر، حيث تُعتبر هذه السياسة أداة فعالة لدعم المؤسسات الناشئة التي تواجه تحديات مالية كبيرة خلال مراحلها الأولى. باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستبيان وزع على 30 مشاركًا من مختلف الولايات، ركزت الدراسة على ثلاثة أبعاد رئيسية: تفعيل حضانة المؤسسات الناشئة، المردودية المالية، والوضعية المالية. أظهرت النتائج أن التحفيزات الجبائية، مثل الإعفاءات الضريبية وتخفيض الرسوم، تسهم بشكل إيجابي وملحوظ في تعزيز الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الناشئة من خلال تحسين الاستقرار المالي وزيادة المردودية، مع وجود علاقة طردية قوية بين التحفيزات والأداء المالي بدلالة معنوية عند مستوى ثقة 95%. خلُصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة توسيع نطاق التحفيزات الجبائية، تقديم حوافز إضافية للمؤسسات المبتكرة، وتطوير برامج تدريبية لتحسين التسيير الجبائي، بالإضافة إلى مراجعة دورية للسياسات لضمان ملاءمتها لاحتياجات السوق. This study analyzed the impact of tax incentive policies on improving the financial performance of startups in Algeria, highlighting their effectiveness in supporting startups facing significant financial challenges during their early stages. Using a descriptive analytical method and a questionnaire distributed to 30 participants from various regions, the study focused on three main dimensions: activating startup incubators, financial profitability, and financial position. The findings revealed that tax incentives, such as tax exemptions and fee reductions, positively and significantly enhance startups' financial performance by improving stability and increasing profitability, with a strong positive correlation and significance at a 95% confidence level. The study concluded with recommendations to expand the scope of tax incentives, provide additional incentives for innovative startups, develop training programs on tax management, and conduct periodic reviews of policies to ensure their relevance to market needs.
