دور مدراء الثانويات في تفعيل مشاركة التلاميذ في الأنشطة الرياضية اللاصفية داخل المؤسسات التربوية (من وجهة نظر الأساتذة) - دراسة ميدانية على مستوى مدينة تقرت الكبرى -

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة دور مدراء الثانويات في تفعيل مشاركة التلاميذ في الانشطة الرياضية اللاصفية من وجهة نظر الاساتذة و كذللك معرفة ما اذا كانت هناك فروق بين من لديهم خبرة و اولئك الذين لدهم مؤهل العلمي، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للتحقق من فرضيات الببحث و تمثلت عينة البحث في 25 أستاذا ولقد أختيرت بطريقة الحصر الشامل للعينة القصدية و تم اجرائها على مستوى ثانويات دائرة تقرت ، استحدمنا من خلالها الاستمارة كأداة لجمع المعلومات و البيانات ، و توصلنا من خلالها الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في قيمة المتوسط الحسابي لمحاور الاستبيان و بالتالي عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية لمتغيرات الدراسة المتمثلة في المؤهل العلمي و الخبرة المهنية ، و خلص الباحثان الى توصيات تتمثل في:  تشجيع الاساتذة ممارسة الانشطة الرياضية اللاصفية لاتاحة الفرصة للتلاميذ في المشاركة في المنافسات الرياضية .  اقتراح تخصيص مشريفين متخصصين للاشراف على النشاط الرياضي اللاصفي بتنسيق من الادارة .  تحفيز المدير للاساتذة و التلاميذ في ممارسة الانشطة اللاصفية بشكل جدي و كبير و اشراكهم في عملية التخطيط و التنفيذ لهذه العملية .  توفير الامكانيات المادية من اجل مشاركة جميع التلاميذ في الانشطة الرياضية اللاصفية . The study aimed to find out the role of the directors of secondary schools in activating the participation of students in extracurricular sports activities from the viewpoint of teachers and Kzllk see if there were differences between those who have experience and those who raid qualified scientific , and researchers used the descriptive analytical method to verify the hypotheses Albbges and represented a sample Search 25 professors have been chosen in a manner comprehensive inventory of the sample intentionality and were made at the level of high schools circle Touggourt , Asthdinma of which form as a tool to gather information and data , and we came through it to the presence of statistically significant differences in the value of the arithmetic average of the axes of the questionnaire and thus the existence of differences statistically significant variables for the study of academic qualification and professional experience in a positive relative , and the researchers concluded that the recommendations are:  encourage teachers to exercise extra-curricular sports activities to allow students to participate in sports competitions .  proposal for the allocation of Mherifin specialists to oversee extracurricular sports activities coordinated by the administration .  stimulate the Director of the professors and students in the practice of extra-curricular activities seriously and a large and involve them in the planning process and implementation of this process .  providing human and material potential for the participation of all students in extra-curricular sports activities .
