Résumé: The study aimed to accurately identify ethical leadership and the success factors for the quality of career life, in addition to studying the relationship between ethical leadership and the quality of career, and the descriptive analytical approach was used to study the subject, and it was also relied on A case study through official documents, personal interview, questionnaire and statistical treatment by SPSS versio19y concluded that there is a high level of the concept of ethical leadership among employees in the organization, as well as the absence of a correlation between moral leadership as an independent variable and the quality of career as a dependent variable.
