قياس العلاقة الاقتصادية بين تقلبات أسعار الصرف ومعدلات التضخم حالة الاقتصاد الجزائري في الفترة (1970ـ2016)

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين تقلبات أسعار الصرف ومعدلات التضخم في الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة (1970ـ2016)، حيث استخدمت الأساليب القياسية الحديثة والمتمثلة أساسا في اختبارات الاستقرارية ونظرية التكامل المشترك واختبار سببية جرانجر توصلت نتائج الدراسة القياسية إلى الكشف عن عدم وجود دليل لعلاقة توازنية في المدى الطويل بين تقلبات سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري ومعدلات التضخم، وعلاوة على ذلك، يكشف التحليل عن عدم وجود أي أثر للسببية في كلا الاتجاهين، بمعنى أن نظرية تعادل القوى الشرائية نظرية لا تنطبق على الواقع الجزائري، وبالتالي لا يمكن الاعتماد عليها في تحديد وتفسير سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري في الواقع الحالي ومع البيانات الحالية. الكلمات المفتاحية: سعر صرف، تضخم، تكامل مشترك، سببية جرانجر، اقتصاد جزائري. Abstract: The study aimed at analyzing the relationship between exchange rate fluctuations and inflation rates in the Algerian economy during the period (1970-2016), using the modern econometric methods, mainly in the tests of stationarity, the theory of cointegration and the test of Granger's causality, according to econometric approch. The results reveal a lack of evidence of the relationship of equilibrium in the long run between the Algerian dinar exchange rates and inflation rate, and moreover, the analysis reveals that there is no trace of causality in both directions, in the sense that the theory of purchasing power parity theory is incorrect on Algerian reality. And him not equal the purchasing power in the long term and thus can not rely on this theory in the identification and interpretation of the exchange rate of the dinar in the Algerian current reality and with data current.
