الكفايات التعليمية لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية وأثرها على كفاءة التدريس دراسة ميدانية على ثانويات ولاية ورقلة
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الكفايات التعليمية لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية وأثر كل من الأقدمية، التخصص والمؤهل العلمي على كفاءتهم التدريسية، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي ،وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لمرحلة التعليم الثانوي لولاية ورقلة والبالغ عددهم 50 أستاذ، كما اعتمد الباحثان على الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات وتوصلت الدراسة الى أن هناك اختلاف في الكفايات التعليمية يعز فيها الى سنوات والأقدمية و التخصص في حين توصلنا الى أنه ليست هناك فروق جوهرية باختلاف المؤهل العلمي، وخلصت الدراسة الى أن إعداد وتكوين أستاذ التربة البدنية والرياضية قبل وأثناء التوظيف من القضايا الهامة التي تلعب دورا قياديا بارزا في العملية التربوية و التعليمية من اجل رفع كفاءة أستاذ التربة البدنية والرياضية وتحسين أدائه. The educational competences of sportive and physical training instructors and its impact on teaching competence. This study aimed to recognise the educationnel competences of sportive and physical training instructors and the impact of special ty scientifice qualification on thier teaching competence‚ and that`s from sportive and physical training instructors point of view. The two reacherchers have used the descriptive method‚ the study was represented in the instructors of sportive and physical training for high school stage in Ouargla state who were 50 instructor‚ The two reacherches depended on questionnaire in data collection • This study reached to results in which there are differences in the educational competences and that`s due to the years of seniority and to the speciality where as we reached that there are no essential distinctions by difference of the scientific qualification• This study has sumed up that preparation and formation of sportive and physical training instuctors before and during employement is one of the important issues‚ it plays a leading prominent role in educational and pedagogical process‚ so it`s important to increase the competence of sportive and physical training instructor‚ and improve his performence •
