إشكاليات التخطيط اللغوي في ظل تهيئة التنوعات اللهجية للأمازيغية في الجزائر. -اختيار الخط أنموذجا-

Résumé: الملخص: لطالما عانت الأمازيغية من شفويتها لدرجة شكك كثيرون من اللسانيين في وجود لغة أمازيغية عبر التاريخ، نظرا لعدم وجود إنتاج أدبي أو علمي مكتوب بهذه "اللغة" وذلك رغم اكتشاف حروف التيفيناغ في بشمال إفريقيا منذ آلاف السنين. وهذا ما دفع الراغبين في مأسستها كلغة قائمة بذاتها إلى تهيئتها لغويا، وترتب عن ذلك نشوب معركة حامية الوطيس خاصة فيما يتعلق باختيار الحرف المراد كتابتها به، لأن هذه العملية ذات الصلة بالتخطيط اللغوي ليست عملية تقنية صرفة كما تبدو، خاصة في الجزائر، نظرا للخلفيات الإيديولوجية التي ينطلق منها كل طرف. الكلمات المفتاحية: التخطيط- اللهجات- الأمازيغية – الشفوية – الكتابة. Abstract : Tamazight has long suffered from its transparency to the point where many Linguists have doubted the existence of Tamazight language throughout history, because there is no literary or scientific production written in this "language", despite the discovery of Tiffinagh characters in North Africa thousands of years ago. This is why those who work to institutionalize it as a self-standing language want to standardization it, and this has resulted in a fierce battle, especially with regard to the choice of the character to be written, because this process related to language planning is not as technical as it seems, especially in Algeria, due to the ideological backgrounds of each party.
