حاضنات الأعمال كأداة لتعزيز المرافقة المقاولاتية وتحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر

Résumé: هدفت هذه الورقة إلى البحث في مجال مشاتل المؤسسات ودورها الكبير في دعم ومرافقة المؤسسات الناشئة من خلال احتضان أفكار الشباب المقاول عموما، لتحقيق التنمية في ظل الانفتاح الاقتصادي والتنافسية الشديدة، وفي ظل جهود الجزائر لتحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي والقضاء على التبعية النفطية لاقتصادها. حيث خلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج تمحورت حول ضعف الاهتمام بدعم وتمويل المؤسسات الناشئة والمحتضنة في الجزائر سواءا من الجانب القانوني والتنظيمي أو الاقتصادي والتمويلي وهو ما يفسر التأخر الملحوظ في الاعتماد على هذه الآلية الاستراتيجية في تحقيق القيمة المضافة خارج قطاع المحروقات. The aim of this paper is to investigate the institutional incubators, and their role in supporting and accompanying emerging institutions through embracing the ideas of young entrepreneurs, to achieve development under the economic openess, extreme competitiveness, and the efforts of algeria to achieve the economic diversification and get rid of oil dependency. The results obtained centered around the low interest in supporting and financing emerging unstitution in algeria from both the legal, and the economic financing sides and this is what explains the significant delay in relying on this strategic mechanism in achieving the added value outside the hydrocarbon sector.
