مخاطر صيغ التمويل والاستثمار الإسلامي من وجهة نظر العاملين في المصارف الإسلامية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مستوى مخاطر صيغ التمويل والاستثمار الاسلامي من وجهة نظر العاملين في المصارف الاسلامية، ومعرفة الأهمية النسبية لمخاطر كل صيغة، وقد اشتملت الدراسة على عينة مقصودة من مدراء الفروع المصرفية ومدراء التمويل والاستثمار في المصارف الإسلامية اليمنية عددها (46) مفردة وخلصت الى أن مستوى مخاطر صيغ التمويل والاستثمار في المصارف الإسلامية كبيرة جدا، غير أن أهميتها النسبية تختلف من صيغة لأخرى فهي في صيغ المشاركة والمضاربة والاستصناع كبيرة جدا مقارنة بصيغة المرابحة التي حصلت على أدنى درجة مخاطرة. وخلصت الدراسة الى عدد من التصورات التي تمكن المصارف من إدارة هذه المخاطر أهمها: التركيز على شخصية العملاء ، ودراسة جدوى المشروع ، وكفاءة المضارب ، ومنح الحوافز على مزيد من العمل والجدية. Abstract: This study aims to identify the level of risk of the Islamic modes of financing and investment from the perspective of workers in the Islamic banking, and to know the relative importance of each risk formula , the study included an intentional sample of bank branches and directors of finance and investment managers in the Yemeni Islamic banks number (46) Single concluded the investment risks formats in a very large level of Islamic banks, but their relative importance varies from one format to another are involved in speculation and very large formats Istisna'a compared Murabaha formula that got the lowest degree of risk. The study found a number of scenarios that enable banks to manage these risks Including: a focus on personal customers, and a feasibility study of the project , and the efficiency of the speculator , and the granting of incentives for more work and seriousness .
