Suivi Du Procédé De Fabrication Du Shampooing Multivitaminé
Résumé: Résumé This practical study focuses on the follow-up of the shampoo manufacturing process in an industrial cosmetics production unit. The manufacture of this batch of shampoo consists of a unitary operation of mixing cold raw materials according to the formula of the product. The results of the quality control of the finished product confirmed that the product was in accordance with Algerian standards and therefore suitable for use.Mots clés : Shampoing, chaine de production, contrôle qualité. TITLE: Production and quality control of a shampoo Abstract This experimental study focuses on the follow-up of the process of manufacturing a batch of shampoo within an industrial production unit of cosmetic products. We followed the various stages of production, starting with the physicochemical and organoleptic quality control of the raw materials, then we looked at the process of shampoo production while following the evolution of the semi-finished product by physicochemical analyzes. To finally end up with the quality control analyzes of the finished product to confirm the conformity of the batch with the standards followed by the enterprise.
