المقاولاتية والتنمية المحلية جامعة تمنراست نموذجاً

Résumé: الملخص يعتبر الفكر المقاولاتي منطلق القيام بأعمال تقوم على دفع النشاط الإقتصادي نحو النمو و التطور، لذلك فإنه من الواجب التحلي بروح المقاولاتية في أوساط الشباب وخاصة خرجي الجامعات قصد بعث النشاط الإقتصادي و تحقيق التنمية، لذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة لتأخذ عينة من طلبة المركز الجامعي تمنراست كونها منطقة تفتقر للنشاط المقاولاتي، وقد أكدت الدراسة إلى أن هناك حاجة لهذا الفكر في أواسط خرجي الجامعة (حسب العينة المدروسة)، كما أنه من الضروري التنسيق مع مختلف الهيئات الداعمة ، قصد دعم الروح المقاولاتية و تنشيط الفكر وتطويره، خدمة للتنمية المحلية. Entrepreneurial thought is the starting point for carrying out actions based on pushing economic activity towards growth and development. Therefore, it is imperative to show the spirit of entrepreneurship among the youth, especially university graduates, in order to revive economic activity and achieve development. Therefore, this study came to take a sample from the students of the University Center in Tamanrasset as it is a region It lacks entrepreneurial activity, and the study has led to that there is a need for this thought among university graduates (according to the studied sample), and it is also necessary to coordinate with the various ensej-supporting bodies in order to support the entrepreneurial spirit and stimulate and develop thought in the service of local development.
