إستخدام الموازنة التقديرية كأداة لمراقبة التسيير في المؤسسات الجزائرية "دراسة حالة مؤسسة البناء للجنوب الشرقي وحدة ورقلة" 2013-2014
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح الموازنة التقديرية كأداة لمراقبة التسيير في المؤسسات الجزائرية، ومن أجل ذلك حاولنا في هذه الدراسة معالجة الإشكالية التالية:" ما مدى فعالية استخدام الموازنة التقديرية كأداة لمراقبة التسيير في المؤسسات الجزائرية؟" وللإجابة على هذا الإشكالية قمنا بدراسة نظرية وتطبيقية للموضوع باستخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي في الجانب النظري وبعض أدوات المستعملة في البحث المتمثلة في المقابلة الشخصية والملاحظة ،وذلك عن طريق دراسة حالة في مؤسسة البناء للجنوب الشرقي. ولقد توصلنا إلى عدة نتائج منها أن للموازنة التقديرية دور كبير في تحقيق رقابة داخل المؤسسة الإقتصادية وهذا باكتشاف الانحرافات وتحديد أسبابها وأخذ الإجراءات التصحيحية، كما يتم إعداد الموازنات التقديرية بطرق علمية في المؤسسة مما يؤدي إلى اكتشاف نقاط القوة والضعف في أداء المؤسسة . Through this study to highlight the different estimated counterbalance with its all characteristis and its good in the instution and in one supervision and control of its proplsionaryperformance by high lighting the balancing role in monitoing management to get any information and deviation analyzes of realistic works flow. This stady aimed to clasify the estimated counterbalance tool to monitor the propulsion of the algerien institution "how effective is the use of the estimated counterbalance as a tool to monitor the functioning studies of the Algerian institution?" To answer this problem. We began to study the application of the subject using some of the tools that used in the search like interviews and observation through case study in the building institution of the somthest.wehave reached many resulted, including: - The estimated counterbalance have a large role in achieving economic control within to organization; -To discover the deviation and identify the causes and take the right procedure; -the scientific counterbalance methods are not taken to prepqre in an institution; - Working to discover the strengths and weaknesse of the institution.
