إشكالية تحرير المرافق العامة ذات التنظيم الشبكي

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المرافق العامة ذات التنظيم الشبكي، و المقصود بتحريرها والأسباب التي دفعت لذلك، مرورا بتأثيرها على تحقيق الكفاءة الاقتصادية وتخصيص الموارد. والبحث في ظروف تزايد طلب الأفراد عليها ونقص الاستثمار والإنتاج الحكومي خاصة في الدول النامية، ومحاولة الوصول من خلال تحرير المرافق العامة ذات التنظيم الشبكي إلى أسواق تقدم خدمات ذات مستويات كفؤة تلبي حاجات المستخدمين لها بالأذواق والأسعار والكميات المناسبة. Abstract: This study aims to identify network industries and what is meant by liberalization and the reasons that led to it, passage by its impact on economic effeciency and resource allocation; and research in increasing demand by individuals and the lack of government investment and production especially in developing countries. And try to reach through the liberalization of network industries to provide efficient levels of services markets meet its users needs and tastes appropriate prices and quantities.
