مستوى الضبط الذاتي لدى طلبة قسم علم النفس في ضوء بعض المتغيرات.

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الضبط الذاتي ككل، ومعرفة مستوى أبعاده الثلاثة (المراقبة الذاتية والتقييم الذاتي والتعزيز الذاتي) لدى عينة من طلبة قسم علم النفس، وكذا معرفة الفروق في مستوى الضبط الذاتي في ضوء بعض المتغيرات، ولقد بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (110) طالب وطالبة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمد الباحث على مقياس الضبط الذاتي، بحيث قام بتصميمه بناءا على الأدب النظري المرتبط بمتغير الدراسة، والمكون من (30) عبارة، وزعت على محاوره الثلاث( المراقبة الذاتية والتقييم الذاتي والتعزيز الذاتي)، واستخدام في المعالجة الإحصائية البرنامج الإحصائي (spss19)، حيث تمت الإستعانة بأساليب إحصائية منها: المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، إختبار t.testلعينتين مستقلتين، اختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي ANOVA، ألفا كرونباخ، وبعد التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات باستخدام برنامج (spss) الاصدار رقم 19 توصلت الدراسة الى أن : - مستوى الضبط الذاتي لدى طلبة قسم علم النفس متوسط. - مستوى المراقبة الذاتية لدى طلبة قسم علم النفس متوسط. - مستوى التقييم الذاتي لدى طلبة قسم علم النفس متوسط. - مستوى التعزيز الذاتي لدى طلبة قسم علم النفس متوسط. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضبط الذاتي لدى طلبة قسم علم النفس ترجع لمتغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضبط الذاتي لدى طلبة قسم علم النفس ترجع لمتغير التخصص. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضبط الذاتي لدى طلبة قسم علم النفس ترجع لمتغير المستوى الأكاديمي. - الكلمات المفتاحية: الضبط الذاتي ،طلبة قسم علم النفس. Abstract: The study aimed to know the level of self-control as a whole, And knowing the level of its three dimensions (self-monitoring, self-evaluation, and self-reinforcement) among a sample of students of the Department of Psychology, As well as knowing the differences in the level of self-control in light of some variables, The number of the sample members reached (110) male and female students, To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive and analytical approach was followed,The researcher relied on self-control scale, So that he designed it based on the theoretical literature related to the study variable, It consists of (30) phrases, Distributed to its three axes (self-monitoring, self-evaluation, and self-reinforcement), The statistical program (spss19) was used in the statistical treatment, where statistical methods were used, including: arithmetic averages, standard deviations, the t.test test for two independent samples, the ANOVA, Alpha Cronbach, And after statistical analysis of the data using the program (spss) version 19, the study concluded that: -The level of self-control among students of the Department of Psychology is average. -The level of self-monitoring of students of the Department of Psychology is average. -The level of self-evaluation of students of the Department of Psychology is average. -The level of self-reinforcement among students of the Department of Psychology is average. - There are no statistically significant differences in self-control among students of the Department of Psychology due to the gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in self-control among students of the Department of Psychology due to the variable of specialization. - There are no statistically significant differences in self-control among students of the Department of Psychology due to the variable of the academic level.
