Résumé: The study aimed to highlight the reality of administrative empowerment in public institutions and to determine the impact of the dimensions of administrative empowerment (delegation of authority and powers, motivation, training, teamwork, communication, participation in decision-making) on the administrative behavior in the Department of Finance in the state of Mila. To achieve the objectives of this study, we conducted a field study in which 35 questionnaires were distributed to a number of employees of the Department of Finance in the state of Mila. The study data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS21) rogram and a set of statistical methods such as Pearson's correlation coefficient, arithmetic means, and simple egression model. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: - There is a positive and statistically significant effect between administrative empowerment and administrative behavior in the institution under study, as the degree of correlation between the two variables reached 39.2%. The study recommended the necessity of empowering employees, giving them powers, and involving them in decision-making in order to provide them with information, which leads to strengthening the trust of employees and then enhancing their administrative behavior.
