آليات التوفيق بين المهام التشريعية للتوجيه المدرسي ومشكلات الواقع.

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: إن التوجيه المدرسي أصبح ركيزة أساسية ومهمة في سبيل الدفع بالإصلاحات التربوية إلى النجاح، ونجاح هذه العملية كما يسميها البعض أصبح مقترن بتأدية مهامها وأدوارها بشكل يضمن جودة عالية هدفها خدمة الفاعلين في هذا النسق التربوي، إضافة إلى ضرورة وجود تشريعات وقوانين تزيد من فاعلية هذه العملية وتساعد القائمين عليها على تطبيق وتقديم خدمات للمتعلمين تسمح لهم بالتكيف والتغلب على كل الصعوبات والمشكلات المدرسية التي تعترضهم أثناء حياتهم الدراسية. وعليه ينصح المهتمون بالمحال التربوي بضرورة وضع خارطة طريق تضمن تفاعلا إيجابيا بين عملية التوجيه المدرسي وفهم لمشكلات الواقع المدرسي، وذلك من اجل تخفيف حدة الأزمات التي أصبحت تصيب العملية التربوية عامة والعملية التعليمية خاصة.
