مخاطر التاثيرات المناخية المرتبطة بالادارة المستدامة للمياه

Résumé: لقد أضحت ظاهرة التغيرات المناخية في الآونة الاخيرة تأخذ منحنا خطيرا ومتصاعدا فأصبحت بذلك تمثل التحدي الاكبر للبشرية مع ما تحتويه من مشاكل متعلقة بتصاعد وتيرة الاحتباس الحراري ، وانتاج الطاقة وقلة المياه وتأثيراتها، ومن الملاحظ ان تأثيرات التغيرات المناخية في مجملها طالت كل المجالات فدق ناقوس الخطر فأصبحت الحكومات بذلك على قناعة تامة بان تغير المناخ يشكل خطرا يهدد استقرار و صحة الانسان من خلال تأثيره السلبي على عدة قطاعات كالموارد المائية و الزراعة و الموارد البحرية وغيرها و لكن تأثيرات التغيرات المناخية على الموارد المائية حضي باهتمام خاص من طرف الدول و المنظمات العالمية لكون الموارد المائية من اكثر النظم حساسة لتغير المناخ من خلال نتائجه على المياه التي تعد اساس الحياة على الكرة الارضية .In récent years, the phénomène of climate change has taken a dangerous and escalating trend, making it the greatest challenge for humanity. It encompasses problème related to the increasing pace of global warning, energy production, water scarcity, and their impacts. It is evident that the overall affects of climate change have affected all areas, raising alarm bells and leading governments to the firm conviction that climate change poses a dangerous threat to the stability and health of humans. Its negative impact extends to several sectors such as water resources, agriculture, marine resources, and others. However, the impact of climate change on water resources has received special attention from countries and international organizations due to the sensitivity of water resources to climate change and its profound implications for life on earth
