صناعة السياحة في الجزائر كمدخل لتحقيق التنمية المحلية المستدامة: حالة ولاية بومرداس The Tourism Industry In Algeria As An Entry Point Of Sustainable Local Development: The Case Of Boumerdes Province

Résumé: ملخص: يناقش المقال دور قطاع السياحة في تحقيق التنمية المحلية المستدامة، فضلا عن أهميته ودوره في النهوض باقتصاد ونهضة الأمم، والجزائر على غرار باقي الدول، تتمتع بثروات طبيعية هائلة بحجم قارّة، إلا أنها لا زالت متأخرة باللحاق بركب الدول الرّائدة في الاستثمار في القطاع السياحي، و كانت ولاية بومرداس نموذجا لتشخيص واقع القطاع فيها، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ الولاية مجموعة متنوعة من أماكن سياحية طبيعية، إلا أنها تواجه العديد من التحديات كضعف التنسيق وسوء التسيير من قبل السلطات المحلية. Abstract: This paper examines the role of the tourism sector in achieving sustainable local development, as well as its importance and role in advancing the economy and renaissance of nations, and Algeria, like other countries, enjoys immense natural wealth of the size of a continent, but it is still lagging behind the ranks of the countries that are leading in investment in the tourism sector, and Boumerdes Province was a model for diagnosing the reality of the sector in it, and the study found that the state has a variety of natural tourist places, but it faces many challenges, such as poor coordination and poor management by local authorities
