سلطات النيابة العامة في التشريع الجزائري
Résumé: موضوع بحثنا يتمحور حول سلطات النيابة العامة في التشريع الجزائري ،الذي يتضح من خلاله مدى تباين السلطات الممنوحة للنيابة العامة في مختلف مراحل الدعوى العمومية و الموكلة اليها من طرف المشرع الجزائري أقر مجموعو من اليات تتيح حماية حقيقية وفعالة لمصالح المجتمع في أن واحد ،مما يعيد الثقة في المجتمع و العدالة كذلك و من أجل الوصول الى الاهداف المسطرة من قبل المشرع الجزائري التي لامكن تحقيقها الا من خلال تحسين وتنظيم البيئة التي تتحرك فيها النيابة العامة الأمر الذي يضمن تطبيق القوانين بشكل صحيح وعدم مخالفة اي منها من أي جهة. Abstract: The current study tackles the issue of the authorities of the Public Prosecution in the Algerian legislation. It is obviously seen that the extent of the different powers granted to the Public Prosecution in the various stages of the public prosecution and entrusted to it by the Algerian legislator. Therefore, the legislator sought mechanisms so as to to provide real and effective protection for the society’s interests at the same time, which restores confidence in society and justice. Furthermore, to reach the goals set by the Algerian legislator that can only be achieved through improving and organizing the environment in which the Public Prosecution operates to apply laws correctly and not make any type of violation.
