Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مدى فاعلية الإنفاق العمومي على القطاع الصحي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990- 2016)، وذلك للكشف عن مدى كفاءته وكفايته وعدالته، ومن تم تبيان إلى أي مدى يمكن أن يلبي متطلبات التطوير التي تلتزم بها الحكومة، حيث تم التطرق إلى تحليل حجم الإنفاق العمومي على الصحة لتبيان مدى كفايته، وتحليل الهيكل العام للإنفاق العمومي على الصحة لتبيان مدى كفاءته، وتحليل نمط توزيع الإنفاق العمومي على الصحة لتبيان مدى عدالته، وتوصلت الدراسة أن سياسة الإنفاق العمومي على القطاع الصحي تتميز بالانخفاض في الفعالية والكفاءة والكفاية والعدالة، مما أدى إلى تدهور حال الصحة وانحدار جودة خدماتها. : The objective of this study is to assess the effectiveness of public spending on the health sector in Algeria during the period 1990 to 2016 to determine its efficiency, adequacy and fairness, and to what extent it can meet the development requirements of the government.
