التغيير التنظيمي وعلاقته بجودة الحياة الوظيفية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على عوامل التغيير التنظيمي المساهمة في تبني المنظمة لاستجابة ايجابية للتغيير من شأنها أن تحسن من جودة الحياة الوظيفية للموظف، وذلك من خلال البحث عن نقطة توازن جديدة بين القوى التي تدفع للتغيير والقوى المحافظة على الوضع القائم، ففي هذه الدراسة نفترض إن نجاح عملية التغيير رهين بالنجاح في تذويب السلوكات القديمة والإخلال بتوازنها، وذلك من خلال ثلاث عوامل تنظيمية تتمثل في العامل التكنولوجي،عامل التغيير الهيكلي وعامل الدورات التدريبية للموظفين، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف هذا الموضوع قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على مستوى المصالح الإدارية لبلدية زيغود يوسف، حيث اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتطبيق أداة الاستبيان على عينة قدرها : 25 This study aims to identify the factors of organizational change contributing to the organization adopting a positive response to change that improves the quality of the career life of the human resource, by searching for a new balance point between the forces that drive to change and forces maintaining the existing situation, in this study we suppose that the success depends on success in dissolving old behaviors and disturbing their balance, thorough three organizational factors, which are the technological factor, the structural change factor, and the employee training courses factor, and in order to achieve goals of this topic we conducted a field study at the level of the administrative departments of the municipality of zighoud youcef, where we followed the descriptive analytical approach and applied the questionnaire tool to a sample of :25 items
