إشكالية الخصوصية في بناء العلاقات الاجتماعية لدى المجتمع الافتراضي عبر منصات التواصل الرقمية

Résumé: أصبحت مواقع الشبكات الاجتماعية تثير العديد من المخاوف حول أمن وخصوصية البيانات والمعلومات الشخصية، التي يدلي بها المستخدمون المنتمون والذين يمتلكون حساب عليها، وتلك المخاوف تكمن في تعري الحياة الشخصية للمستخدمين، وشيوعها للعامة بعد أن كانت مملوكة ملكية خاصة، وعلى هذا الأساس تناقش هذه الورقة إشكالية الخصوصية على مواقع الشبكات الاجتماعية، وآليات حمايتها من خلال دراسة وصفية على عينة من الشباب مستخدمي موقع "سناب شات"، وذلك من خلال بحث معنى الخصوصية ومفهومها، ثم معرفة كيف يستخدم الشباب هذه المواقع وما المعلومات والبيانات التي يدلون بها، وما هي الانتهاكات التي تعرضوا لها والتي تمس خصوصيتهم وتنتهك حياتهم الخاصة، كما سنقدم بعض الحلول والتوصيات التي من شأنها أن تساهم في حماية الحياة الخاصة للأفراد على مواقع الشبكات وتحميهم من الاستغلال غير والأخلاقي. Social media arouses more and more concerns about security and privacy of personal data and information provided by their users. These fears are related to the exposure of the users' personal lives, and their spread to the public after being a private property. Thus, the present paper discusses the problematic of privacy on social media, and its protecting mechanisms. Throughout a descriptive study on a sample of Snapchat users, we would examine the concept of privacy and explain how young people use them. We would also investigate the information they provide and the eventual violations they get exposed to when using these media, and the effect they had on their private lives. We would also try to provide some solutions and recommendations that may contribute to the protection of individual private lives from unethical exploitation.
