التشخيص الاستراتيجي للوضعية الجبائية باستخدام نموذج Swot دراسة حالة مؤسسة عموري للآجر بالأغواط
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى استخدام التشخيص الاستراتيجي حسب نموذج (SWOT) للوضعية الجبائية في مؤسسة عموري للآجر بالأغواط، إضافة إلى تحديد نقاط القوة والضعف والفرص والتهديدات لدى المؤسسة بالتركيز فقط على بيئتها الجبائية، واستخدمت في الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وتم تقديم نوع النظام الضريبي الذي تخضع له المؤسسة، واستراتيجيتها الضريبية في اغتنام المزايا والإعفاءات الضريبية، وتجنب العقوبات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تقديم نموذج للتحليل والتشخيص الاستراتيجي (SWOT) للوضعية الجبائية للمؤسسة، وكنتيجة للدراسة فإن هذا النموذج يساعد المؤسسات في رسم وصياغة استراتيجياتهم الجبائية المستقبلية. The study aimed to use Strategic Diagnosis according to the (SWOT) model on the tax situation of Amouri Building Brick Company in Laghouat, in addition to identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats by focusing only on its tax situation and tax environment. The study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach and it attempted to present the type of tax system applied to the company, also its tax strategies The study reached to build a model for analysis and strategic diagnosis (SWOT) of the tax situation, and based on the study, this model helps other companies in their future tax strategies planning.
