Résumé: Many studies have dealt with the issue of calcium oxide, but the most important one was the 2006 study by L. Louail et al using the DFT method, GGA approximation by CASTEP program. Therefore, we relied on their results as initial values in our study, which aimed to re-study to determine the values of these coefficients at the pressures of the PREM seismic model and supplement them by searching for other parameters. Our study relied on polarization using polynomials, and the theory of crystalline solids. Where we found that it is possible to replace the change of most of the coefficients with the change of pressure with polynomials of higher degrees less than the number of approved points, and only the velocity of transverse wave in the second phase of the oxide is excluded from that. Accordingly, we were able to determine the values of these and other coefficients that reach the thermodynamic properties at the major discontinuities in the depths of the earth
