Résumé: تشكل المادة الأرشيفية الموجودة بالأرشيف الوطني التونسي عامة والدفاتر الجبائية رقم 180- 2144- 2145 خاصة، مادة تاريخية خصبة لما تحتويه من معلومات هامة تساعد في كتابة التاريخ الجزائري خلال العهد العثماني، كما تبين لنا هذه الدفاتر مدى إدراك بايات تونس الحسينيين لأهمية التعاون بين الإيالات لتعزيز استقرار المنطقة وتثبيت السلطة المركزية بها، ومن أجل ذلك فقد خصّصوا خلال النصف الثاني من القرن 18م مقدارا هما من الهدايا التي وردت باسم الإحسانات، قدّموها إلى مختلف فئات المجتمع داخل الإيالات المغاربية، جاعلين جزء من تلك الإحسانات لفائدة المغاربة الموجودين في الأسر، وهذا ما يعبر عن روح التضامن والتعاون التي كانت سائدة فيما بين الإيالات. The Tunisian National Archives especially the tax books N 180 - 2144 -2145, shapes an important of informations to rewrite the algerian history in The Ottoman period. This tax books shows us how the Tunisian Beyes realized the importance of cooperation between the Mediterranean Regencies. And its shows us how thy realized the importance of cooperation between the this regencies, in order to guaranted the security and the stability of the region, and strengthening the authority of the center. For that and in in the second half of the 18th century, the tunisian bayes gives an important amount of gift and charities to various segment of society in the Megrabianne Regencies, and thy gived a parte of this Charities to the megrabianne prisoners, and this what expesses a sense of solidarity between the Megrabianne Regencies.
