واقع ابعاد التنمية المستدامة في ظل الاقتصاد الرقمي

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بالاقتصاد الرقمي، وإلى التحول الرقمي في البيئة الاقتصادية، التي من شأنها أن تؤثر وتساهم في بناء وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال واقع ابعادها في ظل الاقتصاد الرقمي بينت الدراسة، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي والمقابلة كأداة من أدوات المنهجية والجمع البيانات بالاعتماد على الملاحظة والأسلوب التقليدي في تحليلها، فكانت أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها ان واقع التحول الرقمي في البيئة الاقتصادية يؤدي الى تفعيل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في جميع ابعادها وذلك من خلال توفير الشروط الكافية بالشكل المناسب من أجل تحقيق ذلك خلصت الدراسة الى ان ابعاد التنمية المستدامة في ظل الاقتصاد الرقمي تحقق تطور الدول وتقلص الفجوة الرقمية بين الدول مما يعزز دور الاقتصاد الرقمي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة - The study aims to identify the most important concepts related to the digital economy, and to digital transformation in the economic environment, which would affect and contribute to building and achieving sustainable development through the reality of its dimensions in light of the digital economy. The study showed, using the descriptive approach, the analytical approach, and the interview as a methodological tool, and collecting data based on observation and the traditional method of analyzing it. The most important results reached were that the reality of digital transformation in the economic environment leads to activating the achievement of sustainable development in all its dimensions, by providing sufficient conditions. Appropriately, in order to achieve this. The study concluded that the dimensions of sustainable development in light of the digital economy achieve the development of countries and reduce the digital gap between countries, which enhances the role of the digital economy in achieving sustainable development.
