أخلاقيات الممارسة المهنية في الصحافة الإلكترونية الجزائرية - دراسة في الأطر التشريعية والمحددات النظرية -

Résumé: اكتسبت قضية أخلاقيات ممارسة العمل الصحفي في الفضاء العمومي أهمية كبيرة، نظرا لانتشار ظواهر الممارسات اللامسؤولة في تغطية الأحداث والقضايا المثارة خاصة في الجزائر التي عرفت نوعا من الضبابية في المشهد الإعلامي الإلكتروني خصوصا مع الفجوة التي لامسناها بين التقنين والتطبيق وبين التشريع والممارسة وبين ما ينشر في المواقع وما هو مجود حقيقة على أرض الواقع، الأمر الذي أدى إلى وجود حالة من اللاتوازن في عمل المؤسسات الإعلامية الجزائرية، وعليه تأتي هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على هاذه التجاوزات من جهة مع محاولة رصد مجموعة من المتطلبات التي قدرنا أن بإمكانها ضبط أخلاقيات النشر الإلكتروني كخلفية لأخلاقيات المهنة مع إدراج عدد من التوصيات التي من شأنها الرقي بنشاط الإعلام الإلكتروني بالجزائر. الكلمات المفتاحية: أخلاقيات المهنة؛ الممارسة المهنية؛ الصحافة الإلكترونية؛ النشر الإلكتروني. Abstract: The issue of the ethics of practicing journalistic work in the public space has gained great importance, due to the spread of the phenomena of irresponsible practices in covering the events and issues raised, especially in Algeria, which has known a kind of ambiguity in the electronic media scene, especially with the gap that we have touched between legalization and application, between legislation and practice, and what is published on websites. What is true on the ground, which led to a state of imbalance in the work of the Algerian media institutions, and accordingly this study comes to shed light on these abuses on the one hand, while trying to monitor a set of requirements that we estimated can control the ethics of electronic publishing as a background to the ethics of the profession With the inclusion of a number of recommendations that would promote the activity of electronic media in Algeria.
