Résumé: الملخص: بدأ الاهتمام بالقانون الدولي للأنهار الدولية في السنوات الأولى من القرن العشرين عندما بدأت العلاقات الدولية المتعلقة باستخدام مياه الأنهار الدولية، كماتطور الاهتمام بهذا القانون باعتباره أحد الفروع الحديثة للقانون الدولي عندما زادت حاجة الشعوب إلى المياه العذبة،وظهور صراعات بين الدولتطلبت تطبيق هذا القانون.فماهي أهميته في تحقيق الاستقرار بين الدول ؟ The interessting in the international law of rivers began in the earliest yearsof the twentieth20 century ‘ when the international relations to use the water of international rivers started .This new law developing‘ through a process of claim and counter claim between nations whichled to conflits‘ these needs the practise of this law .so what is its importance in achieving stability between countries ?
