الأزمة الخليجية 2017 بين السياسة العربية والمواقف الدولية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تسليط الضوء على الجذور التاريخية للأزمة الخليجية من خلال دراسة بنية الاتحاد الخليجي، والاختلافات التي تواجه بناء اتحاد قوي بين وحداته، الأمر الذي قد يكون سبب غير مباشر بالإضافة إلى أسباب أخرى تراكمت في الآونة الأخيرة مفرزة الأزمة القطرية الراهنة. وعليه تسعى هذه الورقة من جهة أخري إلى البحث في الأسباب التي أدت إلى انفجار هذه الأزمة، وكذا سماتها وتداعياتها بالإضافة إلى تناول سياسات الدول العربية المتباينة اتجاهها بالإضافة إلى المواقف الدولية منها. The aim of this study is to try to shed light on the historical roots of the Gulf crisis by examining the structure of the Gulf Union and the differences in building a strong union between its units, which may be an indirect cause, in addition to other reasons that have accumulated recently. Therefore, the paper seeks to examine the causes that led to the explosion of this crisis, as well as its characteristics and implications, as well as dealing with the policies of different Arab countries in addition to international positions
