أثر البرامج التنموية على البطالة والتشغيل في الجزائر (2000/2019)
Résumé: عرفت الجزائر خلال الفترة 201 الى 2019 أربع برامج تنموية أساسية تتمثل في برنامج الإنعاش الاقتصادي خلال الفترة 2001-2004 ، البرنامج التكميلي لدعم النمو 2005-2009 البرنامج الخماسي للتنمية خلال الفترة 2010-2014 و برنامج توطيد النمو الاقتصادي من 2015-2019 رصدت الجزائر لهذه البرامج التنموية مبالغ مالية ضخمة و التي كانت تهدف من خلالها الى النهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني لتحسين المستوى المعيشي للأفراد، و الحد من ظاهرة الفقر و البطالة و دعم التنمية الاقتصادية . تمكنت هذه البرامج التنموية من تحقيق نتائج ايجابية في مختلف المجالات الاقتصادي والاجتماعية إ لا أنها تفتقر للفاعلية لاعتمادها المفرط على عائدات المحروقات المعرضة لعدم الاستقرار و الاضطراب من فترة لأخرى مما يؤثر سلبا على تحقيق أهدافها و هذا يتطلب حتمية تنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري من خلال اصطلاحات اقتصادية خارج قطاع المحروقات. الكلمات المفتاحية: الشغل ، البطالة،التنمية ، برنامج الإنعاش الاقتصادي، البرنامج التكميلي لدعم النمو، البرنامج الخماسي للتنمية، برنامج توطيد النمو الاقتصادي Abstract: During the period 2001 to 2019, Algeria defined four basic development programs represented in the economic recovery program during the period 2001-2004, the supplementary program to support growth 2005-2009, the five-year development program during the period 2010-2014 and the program for the consolidation of economic growth from 2015-2019 Algeria allocated huge sums of money to these development programs, which were aimed at promoting the national economy, improving the standard of living of individuals, reducing poverty and unemployment, and supporting economic development. These development programs have been able to achieve positive results in various economic and social fields, but they lack effectiveness due to their excessive dependence on hydrocarbon revenues, which are subject to instability and turmoil from time to time, which negatively affects the achievement of their goals. This requires the inevitability of diversifying the Algerian economy through economic conventions outside the hydrocarbon sector. .
