دور السياسة التشريعية في تجسيد الرؤية المستقبلية للطاقات المتجددة في الجزائر

Résumé: يعتبر موضوع الطاقات المتجددة، من المواضيع المتجددة التي تشغل إهتمام الدول على جميع الأصعدة لإيجاد حل بديل لمواجهة مشكلة الطاقات التقليدية السائرة في طريق النفاذ و ما يخلفه ذلك من أزمات، و تلعب الدراسات القانونية دورا هاما في إثراء هذا الموضوع، من خلال التحليل القانوني لمختلف البرامج و المخططات المرسومة من قبل الدول في هذا المجال و في الجزائر، تبنت الحكومة سياسة واضحة المعالم بخصوص إستغلال الطاقات المتجددة تٌرجمت في جملة من النصوص القانونية ، تكريسا لمبدأ الإلتحاق بالخيار العالمي في المجال الطاقوي، و الوصول إلى الإستغلال الأمثل للطاقات المتجددة بما يتناسب مع متطلبات الفترة القادمة في آفاق سنة 2030، و هو ما سنحاول إلقاء الضوء عليه من خلال هذا المقال. الكلمات المفتاحية: الطاقات المتجددة، الطاقات التقليدية، السياسة التشريعية، المخططات الوطنية. Abstract: The issue of renewable energies is one of the renewable topics that occupy the attention of countries at all levels to find an alternative solution to confront the problem of traditional energies on the path of extinction and the resulting crises, and legal studies play an important role in enriching this topic, through the legal analysis of the various programs and plans drawn by countries and governments in this field and in Algeria, the government has adopted a clear policy regarding the exploitation of renewable energies It was translated into a number of legal texts, in dedication to the principle of joining the global option in the energy field, and reaching the optimal use of renewable energies in line with the requirements of the coming period in the horizon of 2030, which we will try to shed light on through this article.
