دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تعزيز الشمول المالي في الوطن العربي -تجربة البحرين-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تعزيز الشمول المالي في الوطن العربي، لذلك اتبعت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مستعينة بتجربة مملكة البحرين. وقد توصلت الدراسة في هذا الإطار أن مملكة البحرين حققت سبقاً مالياً واقتصاديا في تعزيز إستراتيجية الشمول المالي من خلال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والتكنولوجيا الرقمية، إذ احتلت البحرين المرتبة الثانية عربياً في مؤشر الشمول المالي الصادر من البنك الدولي وذلك بنسبة شمول مالي قدرها 82%. Abstract: This study aimed to clarify the role of financial technology in promoting financial inclusion in the Arab world, so it followed the descriptive analytical approach and used the experience of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the study concluded in this context that the Kingdom of Bahrain has achieved a financial and economic precedent in promoting the financial inclusion strategy through information and communication technology and technology. Bahrain ranked second in the Arab world in the Financial Inclusion Index issued by the World Bank, with a financial inclusion rate of 82%
